切手の絵柄にもなった昆虫「コアオハナムグリ」

何故か、部屋の中に昆虫が‥？
もしかして冬越しのため部屋に取込んだ鉢植えにまぎれていたのか？
鉢の中にいた幼虫がかえったのか？
よく見るとカナブンではない。カナブンにしては小さいし、スリムな体型だ。
調べてみると「コアオハナムグリ」という昆虫だった。
10円切手の絵柄にもなったらしい。

シロの引出しからも同じ10円切手が数枚出てきました。

外の気温もこれからは暖かくなるだろうから庭のツツジに放して記念の撮影をしました。

そういえばこの切手みたことあるような。でも切手の絵柄になるほど、かっこいい虫とも思えないけど、なんで選ばれたのかな。
